Hi friends. <3 I recorded this episode a few weeks ago with my friend Megan Olson and I’m excited to share it with you today.
Here’s a little bit about what we discuss:
- Her personal health transformation story
- The difference between deprivation and eating for health
- Why all foods should be a part of your healthy lifestyle
- Tips for first getting started
and so much more!
