Hi friends! Happy Thursday! I hope you’re having a wonderful day :) I’m back with a short and sweet podcast episode talking about the two things I think are the secret sauce to fitness success. These two things will also help you accomplish ANY goals you have set, whether they’re related to health and fitness or not.
This is an excerpt of the call I did live with my Barre Bootcamp 2.0 members. I’m always looking for new ways to share value with members, so if you have any ideas or anything you’d like to see for upcoming challenges, please let me know.
Exciting news about the podcast: I’m super close to hitting my goal of 300,000 downloads! (I was at 298k last time I checked!) The podcast has been slow and steady growth this entire time and I’m so thankful to those of you who have supported this fun lil project. The podcast isn’t a revenue stream for me - just something I wanted to do to share more content and connect in a different way - so if you enjoy the show and would consider leaving a rating or review, I’d appreciate it so much.
