Here’s a bit about Lindsey and her background:
Lindsey Janeiro is a registered dietitian who helps moms balance health and motherhood. She helps women find a better relationship with food and create realistic health habits through 1:1 private nutrition coaching, group coaching, and her free private facebook community. She's also a busy mom herself, and in her spare time (ha!) loves creating new recipes with her kids, gardening, and going on walks!
